Pets are welcome at Northway Mobile Home Community with prior approval and are an important part of our neighborhood.
We ask that all pet owners take responsibility for ensuring their animals are leashed and under control whenever they are outside their home, and that pets are properly cared for with regular veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, and appropriate shelter.
For the safety and comfort of all residents and pets, owners must also comply with local pet licensing requirements. To learn more about New York State dog licensing laws and local municipal requirements, you can review the state’s consolidated dog laws here.
Ensuring that pets are licensed, leashed, and well-cared for helps maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant community for everyone.

Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all residents, Northway Mobile Home Community follows established park rules and guidelines. Read rules list here.
Homes coming into the community must have a peaked roof and vinyl siding
Monthly lot rent is due on the 1st of each month
Residents are responsible for maintaining their homes and leased lots
Speed limit within the community is 10 MPH
Parking is limited to designated spaces; RVs, boats, and trailers must be stored in approved areas
Quiet enjoyment of the community is expected at all times
Modifications, sheds, decks, fencing, and landscaping require prior management approval
Community facilities are for resident use and must be respected and kept clean
