Leasing Information

At Northway Mobile Home Community, all residents sign a year-to-year lease. Tenants who remain in good standing may renew annually.

Beginning January 1, 2026, the monthly lot rent is $490.

Lot rent includes community maintenance services and access to on-site management support as well as our standard services and amenities.

Prospective residents must complete the full application for tenancy and receive management approval before moving into the community. Applications must be filled out in their entirety and returned to the on-site managers for review. Each adult occupant over the age of 21 must complete a separate application. First time applicants can use this online form, print a form to return in person or can visit our offices to fill out in person. Approved applicants will be contacted with next steps for establishing residency at Northway.
